Roofing
The first line of defense, and the one people notice last. We find the problem before it reaches the ceiling.
- Leak tracing and repair
- Full replacement, shingle and metal
- Storm and wind damage
- Flashing, valleys and ridge work
We look after the parts of a property that take the beating, the roof, the gutters, the siding, the trees overhead. Free inspection, a written price before we start, and a crew that turns up when it said it would.
Most homeowners end up juggling four contractors who each blame the other. We handle the entire envelope, so nobody gets to point somewhere else.

The first line of defense, and the one people notice last. We find the problem before it reaches the ceiling.

Water off the roof and away from the foundation. Blocked gutters cause more expensive damage than almost anything else.

Surfaces cleaned back to what is actually underneath, at a pressure that cleans without stripping.

The limbs sitting over your roofline are a roofing problem waiting to happen. We deal with both.

From one failed window through to a full remodel, run by the same people who look after the outside.

Scheduled upkeep so small problems get caught while they are still small problems.

Most exterior work goes wrong in the same place, the handover. The roofer says it is the gutters. The gutter company says it is the trees. Meanwhile the water keeps coming in and the homeowner is the one making phone calls.
Seal Home Services was set up to take that whole argument off the table. We cover the roof, the gutters, the siding, the surfaces and the trees overhead, which means when something is wrong there is one number to call and one company responsible for fixing it.
We inspect before we quote, we put the price in writing, and we tell you when something can safely wait a season rather than selling you work you do not need yet. That is a slower way to grow and a much better way to still be here in ten years.
The same process on a blocked gutter and a full roof replacement.
We come out and look properly, get on the roof where it is safe to, and photograph what we find so you can see it yourself.
A clear figure in writing, with what is included and what is not. If something can wait, we will tell you that too.
A confirmed date, and a text when the crew is on the way. If weather moves us, you hear it early rather than waiting in.
We show you the finished work before we leave, clear the site properly, and tell you what to keep an eye on next.
We cover the southeast. If your address is outside these areas, contact us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
The things homeowners ask us most, answered plainly. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will give you a straight answer, not a sales call.
Yes. We come out, look at the work properly, and give you a written estimate at no cost and with no obligation. You are not signing anything to have us take a look.
For active leaks and storm damage we prioritize same or next day wherever we can. For planned work like gutter cleaning or pressure washing, usually within the week.
Yes, and we check it rather than take anyone's word for it. We bring in specialist trade contractors for each job, and nobody comes to your property without a current license for that trade and a current certificate of insurance on file with us. That is deliberate. A roof, a gutter run and a mature oak are three different skills, and we would rather send the right specialist than pretend one crew is expert at all three. If you want to see the paperwork for whoever is coming, ask and we will send it before the visit.
We work across Florida, the Carolinas and the wider Southeast. If you are not sure whether your address falls inside our area, send the form anyway and we will tell you straight away rather than leaving you guessing.
The written price is the price. If we open something up and find damage that was not visible during the inspection, we stop, show you, and agree the change before carrying on. You will never find out on the invoice.
We document damage thoroughly with photographs and written findings, which is what most insurers ask for. We can work alongside your adjuster, though the claim itself stays between you and your insurer.
For the inspection it helps, so we can walk you through what we find. For most exterior work you do not need to be there, as long as we have access.
A person reads it, not a machine. We come back to you to ask anything we need and to agree a time for the free inspection. If you did not tick a text box we will use email or a phone call instead.
Only if you ask us to. If you tick the box on the quote form we will text you about your quote and appointment. Marketing texts are a separate opt-in, and you can stop either at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS consent page for the detail.
Still unsure about something? Ask us on the quote form or email support@sealhomeservices.com.
We are a new company, so we do not have a wall of reviews yet. What we do have is a set of commitments we will hold ourselves to on every job, from the first one.
We come out, get on the roof where it is safe to, and photograph what we find. You keep the photos whether or not you hire us.
If we open something up and find damage that was not visible, we stop, show you, and agree the change before continuing. Never on the invoice.
If the work can safely hold until next season, we will say so and put it in writing. We would rather have the job next year than sell you something today.
Magnet sweep for nails, debris bagged and taken away, and a walkthrough of the finished work before we leave your property.
Tell us what is going on and we will come and look at it. No charge, no obligation, and a written price before anything begins.
We will come back to you the same working day.
