Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Seal Home Services LLC ("we", "us", "our"), including our SMS/text messaging program. By using our website or opting in to our messaging, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide roofing, gutter services, pressure washing, tree and hedge care, renovations, and exterior property maintenance to residential and commercial clients. Quotes are provided on request and are subject to on-site assessment.

2. SMS / text messaging program

Our messaging program is called Seal Home Services Alerts. When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Seal Home Services LLC. There are two message categories you may opt in to, and you may choose either, both, or neither:

• Non-marketing (transactional): replies to your quote request, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, job status updates, and help responses.
• Marketing (promotional): seasonal service reminders, special offers, and promotions.

You may opt in to either, both, or neither. Messages may be sent using an automated system for the selection and dialing of telephone numbers. Consent to receive either category is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the categories you opted in to. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier's plan. We are not responsible for charges from your carrier.

4. Opt-out, opt-in and help

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you are messaging with. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• STOP is not the only way to stop us. We recognize STOP, STOPALL, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT, in any combination of upper and lower case, with or without punctuation, and whether sent alone or inside a sentence. We will also honor a request in your own words, or an email to the address in section 11. We act on opt-out requests promptly and in any event within ten business days.
• When you opt out we send a single confirmation message and nothing after it.
• If you opted in to both marketing and non-marketing messages, we may send one message asking which you want to stop. If you do not answer, we will stop all of them.
• If you want to rejoin, reply START to the same number, or submit the quote form again and tick the consent box.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@sealhomeservices.com.
• Providing consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

6. Estimates and work

Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be revised after an on-site assessment or if conditions differ from those described. Scheduled work may be affected by weather, site access, or material availability.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services and messaging is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seal Home Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or messaging program.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of the state in which you live gives you rights that cannot be waived. If a dispute arises, contact us first at the address in section 11 and we will try to resolve it directly. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, or any other consumer protection law that applies to you.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or messaging after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
